Appointment & Payment Policy

Please note that successful treatment requires collaboration and active participation in your care. Patients are expected to attend scheduled appointments and maintain ongoing communication regarding treatment needs.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments without notice may also incur a $25 no-show fee.
• Self-pay appointments require payment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Patients are required to keep a valid payment method on file for scheduling purposes.
